  • Apartment Maintenance Technician responds to management, staff, and resident maintenance requests and quickly executes performance of requests

  • Submit annual audited financial statements to HUD real estate assessment center website for processing.
  • Assist with preparation of financial records for annual owners meeting.
  • Prepare partner distributions for review including recording in Power BI and informing IT Department when process is complete.
  • Process weekly vendor check runs.
  • Verify apartment security deposit refunds.
  • Assist with payroll processing when needed.

Job Requirements Include:

  • Associate's degree in accounting.
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel spreadsheets and other accounting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
