Exciting changes are coming!
We are excited to share that we are transitioning to a new property management software platform that will provide an improved online experience for our residents.
As part of this transition, the current resident portal will be unavailable beginning at 5:00 p.m. on May 14th. Once the new portal is available on or around May 28th, residents will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to create an account and access the new system.
Don't worry about getting your rent paid in time! Because of this change, for the month of June, the usual requirement to pay rent by the 5th of the month to avoid late charges will be extended to the 15th of the month!
During the portal transition, residents who need to submit a service request should contact their leasing office directly. For any life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.
